Stella was born on April 25th, 1887.  Stella's father was Thomas Lewis Stiles and her mother is Addah Godby.  Her paternal grandparents were David Stiles Jr. and Martha Daugherty.  She had two brothers and two sisters, named William, Thomas, Lida and Ida.  She was the oldest of the five children.  She died at the age of 1 on October 11th, 1888.
