Fannie was born on August 26th, 1891.  Fannie's father was James William Stiles and her mother is Ellen Harned.  Her paternal grandparents were David Stiles Jr. and Martha Daugherty.  She had seven brothers and a sister, named David, John, William, Jacob, Oscar, Lewis, James and Nellie.  She is the sixth oldest of the nine children.
