Pamela was born on December 3rd, 1952.  Pamela's father was James Thomas Shipley and her mother is Maudie L. Beld.  Her paternal grandfather was Matthew Shipley and her paternal grandmother is Ethel Downard.  She had two sisters named Carol and Beverly.  She is the youngest of the three children.
