Mark was born on January 31st, 1953.  Mark's father is Morris G. Gary and his mother is Marilyn May Shipley.  His maternal grandfather was Justus Shipley and his maternal grandmother is LaVerne May.  He has three sisters named Karen , Kathy and Kelly.  He is the second oldest of the four children.
