Vida was born on July 10th, 1940.  Vida's father is Joe Friar and her mother is Ruth Stiles.  Her maternal grandparents were Ben Pirtle Stiles and Eleanor Hurst.  She had three brothers and a sister, named Baby, James , Joe and Lyda.  She was the second oldest of the five children.  She died on July 10th, 1940.  Her burial was in Cottage Hill Cemetery, Celina, TX.
