Mahulda was born on August 15th, 1827.  Mahulda's father was Griffith Willett and her mother was Rhoda Stiles.  She had five brothers and two sisters, named Darius, George, Franklin, David, Margaret, Elizabeth and Corrilla.  She was the fourth oldest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 31 on March 20th, 1859 in Taylor County, KY.  Her burial was in Hickory Cemetery, Clayhill, Taylor Co., Ky.1
