Vernon Milligan

Vernon was born on January 14th, 1928. Vernon's father was Ernest Asro Milligan and his mother was Virginia Victory Willett. His maternal grandparents were Henry David Willett and Amanda Melissa Miller. He had two brothers and eight sisters, named Ernest, Floyd, Barbara, Beulah, Vada, Rutha, Oretha, Agnes, Bessie and Lessie. He died at the age of 72 on February 3rd, 2000.
