Rutha Victoria Milligan

Rutha was born on March 20th, 1926. Rutha's father was Ernest Asro Milligan and her mother was Virginia Victory Willett. Her maternal grandparents were Henry David Willett and Amanda Melissa Miller. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named Ernest, Floyd, Vernon, Barbara, Beulah, Vada, Oretha, Agnes, Bessie and Lessie.
