Barbara Avis Milligan

Barbara was born on January 4th, 1915. Barbara's father was Ernest Asro Milligan and her mother was Virginia Victory Willett. Her maternal grandparents were Henry David Willett and Amanda Melissa Miller. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named Ernest, Floyd, Vernon, Beulah, Vada, Rutha, Oretha, Agnes, Bessie and Lessie. She died at the age of 78 on November 8th, 1993 in Batesville, Arkansas. Her burial was in Maxwell Cemetery.
