Michael was born on September 28th, 1950.  Michael's father is Richard Davis Palmer and his mother is Jean Rule.  His paternal grandfather is Clarence  Palmer and his paternal grandmother was Lula Wilson Stiles.  He has a brother named Richard.  He is the younger of the two children.
