Andrew was born on July 30th, 1952.  Andrew's father is Andrew January Grundy and his mother is Margaret Carter LaRue.  His maternal grandparents were Joe LaRue and Mina Beall Wilson.  He has three brothers named Joseph, John and Thomas.  He is the oldest of the four children.
