David Stiles Whelan

David was born on March 9th, 1966. David's father is Jeffrey Hamilton Hughes and his mother was Ruth Allene Stiles. His maternal grandfather was George Gray Stiles and his maternal grandmother is Josephine Thompson Oliver. He has three half-brothers named Joseph , George and Jonathan.

General Notes
- David had his name legally changed to David Stiles Whelan from David Stiles Hughes in October, 1975 after his mother's marriage to Ed Whelan. David has his Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture from the University of Kentucky and his Master's Degree from the University of Louisville. He lives on part of the original David Stiles homestead just at the foot of Mt. Pisgah and very close to the site of his ancestors, John Stiles and John Calvin Stiles' home site.
