Jennifer was born on February 3rd, 1972.  Jennifer's father was James Franklin Perkins and her mother is Joanne Coakley Stiles.  Her maternal grandfather was George Gray Stiles and her maternal grandmother is Josephine Thompson Oliver.  She has four brothers and two sisters, named Paul, James, Phillip, Andrew, Angela and Elizabeth.  She is the fifth oldest of the seven children.
