Fannie was born on October 7th, 1895.  Fannie's father was David Franklin Miller and her mother is Gertrude Durham.  Her paternal grandfather is Jacob  A. Miller and her paternal grandmother was Eunice Stiles.  She had seven brothers and five sisters, named Jacob, David, George, Albert, John, Paul, Samuel, Nora, Mary, Maggie, Annna and Nell.  She is the eighth oldest of the thirteen children.
