Albert was born on July 17th, 1894.  Albert's father was David Franklin Miller and his mother is Gertrude Durham.  His paternal grandfather is Jacob  A. Miller and his paternal grandmother was Eunice Stiles.  He had six brothers and six sisters, named Jacob, David, George, John, Paul, Samuel, Nora, Mary, Maggie, Fannie, Annna and Nell.  He is the seventh oldest of the thirteen children.
