Col. Maxwell Howard

Col. Maxwell was born in 1867. Col. Maxwell's father was Daniel Hutchinson Howard and his mother was Emily Maxwell. His maternal grandparents were John Cleland Maxwell and Emily Howell. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Ward, Lucius, Emogene and Juliet. He died at the age of 77 on December 31st, 1944.

General Notes
- lived in Dayton, OH. produced a brand of paper known as "Maxwellton"; owned race horses, among them Stagehand and Chief Famous. In 1938 his horses won prizes totaling about one quarter of a million dollars.
