Charles was born on September 29th, 1890.  Charles' father is George F. Anderson and his mother was Mary Elizabeth McElroy.  His maternal grandfather is Thomas McElroy and his maternal grandmother was Sarah Jane Maxwell.  He had two brothers and two sisters, named Howard, Thomas, Lillian and Marguerite.  He died at the age of 39 on December 13th, 1929.
