Proctor Brown

Proctor was born on September 18th, 1879. Proctor's father is John Brown and his mother was Mary Eliza Miller. His maternal grandfather is Miller and his maternal grandmother was Elizabeth M. Phillips. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Enoch, Oscar, Louetta, Emma, Lela, Elizabeth and Belle. He died at the age of 82 on January 20th, 1962.

General Notes
- Until his death, Proctor Brown was always at our reunion, and was important to me while I was growing up, because he was W.B. and Mary Lois Stiles' grandfather. Interestingly, W.B. and Mary Lois' mother, Emma Mae Stiles, who was Proctor Brown's daughter spoke of "picking cotton" when she lived in Texas. Three of Proctor Brown's sisters lived in Texas, so he must have lived there for a while, also.
