Viola was born on July 8th, 1919.  Viola's father was Charles Bailey Stiles and her mother is Lola B. Meloy.  Her paternal grandfather was Demas Stiles Jr. and her paternal grandmother is Elizah Doyal.  She had three brothers and four sisters, named Charles, Alvin, Walter, Ina, Hazel, Eva and Lola.  She was the second oldest of the eight children.  She had three half-sisters named Lillian, Edna and Grace.  She died at 11 months old on June 19th, 1920.
