Mary was born on June 26th, 1930.  Mary's father is Larrie Vernon Jackson and her mother is Addie Marie Walter.  Her paternal grandparents were Seth Jackson and Sarah Rebecca Fowler.  She had a brother and two sisters, named Lawrence, Carolyn and Brenda .  She is the second oldest of the four children.
