Margaret was born on December 24th, 1856.  Margaret's father is Henry Cooper and her mother was Nancy Stiles.  Her maternal grandparents were Demas Stiles and Margaret Ann Owsley.  She had five brothers and three sisters, named David, George, Jefferson, William, John, Elizabeth, Lucy and Leona.  She was the third oldest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 79 on November 16th, 1936.
