Robert H. Wiggins

Robert was born on December 7th, 1940. Robert's father is W. Howard Wiggins and his mother is Ruth Lee Whitaker. His maternal grandparents were Claude Whitaker and Elizabeth Glover Beeler. He has a sister named Pamela. He is the older of the two children.
