Valeria was born on April 15th, 1895.  Valeria's father is Tom R. Thomas and her mother was Margaret Ann Stiles.  Her maternal grandfather was Rev. Jacob w. Stiles and her maternal grandmother is Mary Eliza Beeler.  She had two brothers and four sisters, named Charles, John (Jack), Alta, Sarah, Mary and Fannye.  She was the fifth oldest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 2 on June 13th, 1897.
