Chris was born in 1890.  Chris' father was Charles Atkin Stiles and her mother is Lela  Mae Brown.  Her paternal grandfather was Rev. Jacob w. Stiles and her paternal grandmother is Mary Eliza Beeler.  She had a brother and a sister, named Willie and Ada.  She was the youngest of the three children.  She died at the age of 2 in 1892.
