Louis was born on July 19th, 1900.  Louis' father was Joshua Brown  Miller and his mother is Rebecca Ross Stiles.  His maternal grandfather was Rev. Jacob w. Stiles and his maternal grandmother is Mary Eliza Beeler.  He had two brothers and four sisters, named Demas, Chris, Jennie, Ada, Mary and Suda.  He died at the age of 89 on April 23rd, 1990 in Winchester, Clark Co., Ky.
