Lorraine was born on November 27th, 1954.  Lorraine's father is Clayton Richard Jackson and her mother is Barbara Ann Shipp.  Her maternal grandfather was Isaac  Roscoe Shipp and her maternal grandmother is Edith Elizabeth Velker.  She has two brothers and a sister, named Steven, Joe and Mary.  She is the oldest of the four children.
